Hi, I'm Ariadna. The woman behind Virago Muse.

And although you might now see me surrounded by clothes, collections, and a thousand ideas running through my head, my journey actually started somewhere quite different: I studied Criminology. Yes, absolutely nothing to do with fashion.

But I've always loved clothes. Not just how they look, but how they make you feel. I've always enjoyed mixing styles, putting my own twist on everyday pieces, and finding those special items that have a little something extra.

And one day, I decided to go for it.

On September 20th, 2023, Virago was born. And it happened during one of the most important moments of my life: my son, Iu, had just been born.

So, almost without realizing it, I found myself starting two huge adventures at once: becoming a mum and building my own brand.

I'm not going to lie, there were moments of absolute chaos. Countless sleepless nights, endless doubts, decisions that felt way too big, and days when I felt like I just couldn't keep up with everything.

Iu came everywhere with me. To meetings, to source fabrics, to pack orders... You could say he was the company's very first employee, although, come to think of it, he's always been more of the boss.

I started with so much excitement, but also a lot of fear. I didn't have all the answers, and I definitely had no idea how much work went into building a brand from scratch. I've made mistakes, changed my mind a thousand times, and learned so much along the way. And I'm still learning every single day.

But there was one thing I knew from the very beginning: I wanted to create clothes I'd genuinely love to wear. Comfortable pieces with personality, the kind you can throw on on a random Tuesday and instantly feel a little more like yourself. Just because you feel like it. Just because you deserve it. I've always believed that dressing the way you love and feeling special shouldn't be saved for special occasions.

And the most beautiful part of it all? Little by little, you started showing up.

The first orders, the messages, the photos of you wearing our pieces, those of you who keep coming back, and those who simply write to tell me how much you love what we're doing...

You probably have no idea how much all of that means when there's a real person behind the scenes, trying her best to make everything work. I promise I put so much love and care into every little detail, and I always will.

Today, I'm still that same girl with way too many ideas in her head, trying to juggle motherhood, work, and life. Some days everything falls into place, other days I'm making it up as I go, and then there are those days when absolutely nothing goes according to plan. But hey, we all have those days, right?

And although we've changed, evolved, and learned so much along the way, I'm more certain than ever about what I want to build: a brand for real women, with different styles, who love dressing their own way and don't feel the need to follow every trend to feel good about themselves.

And I truly feel like we're exactly where I've always wanted us to be.

Above all, I want you to feel that every time you receive an order, there's a real person behind it. Someone who chooses every piece with excitement, cares about the little details, and who you can actually talk to whenever you need.

Because this all started as my little idea, but without you, I would never have made it this far.
