At VIRAGO, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. ❤️
If you need to make an exchange or return, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order.

How does it work?

1. Access our returns and exchanges portal by clicking here.
2. Enter your order number and the item.
3. If you want an exchange, select the new size or model (subject to availability).
4. You will receive the label and instructions by email.
5. Place the items in the original VIRAGO bag and seal it properly.

Conditions to accept your return

To guarantee the quality of our garments:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
• They must arrive in perfect condition and properly packaged in the VIRAGO bag.
• We do not accept items with stains, odors, or signs of use.
• Any incident (damaged or incorrect item) must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

Exceptions due to customization

• Customized garments or personalized colors.
• Clearance items.
• Pre-orders, unless the item arrives defective.

Size exchanges

• First size exchange is free within mainland Spain.
• Available only for the same item and color, subject to stock availability.
• Additional exchanges or model changes: €4 handling fee.
• Once approved, we will send the new size and arrange collection of the original item.

Return options

If you prefer, you can receive a store credit with no expiration date for the full amount of your return, without deducting the handling fee (€4).

Mainland Spain

• We can arrange home pickup for only €4, which will be deducted from the refund.
• If you prefer, you may use your own courier. We will provide the address, and you must send us the tracking number within a maximum of 3 business days.

Rest of the world

• Costs will be equivalent to the original shipping fee (see Shipping Policy).
• You may also choose your own shipping company.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and approved:

• We will process the refund to the original payment method.

• The refund will correspond to the amount paid for the returned item(s). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is defective.

• If VIRAGO manages the return within mainland Spain, €4 will be deducted from the refund. Outside mainland Spain, an amount equivalent to the initial shipping costs will be deducted.

• If the customer manages the return independently, no additional handling fee will be deducted.

• The refund will be issued within a maximum of 30 working days and you will receive a confirmation email.

Your right of withdrawal

• You have 30 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase.
• You must notify us of your decision within that period.
• We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding the original shipping fee).
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective.
• We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or proof of shipment.
