Order Processing
- At VIRAGO MUSE, we produce each garment on demand, avoiding overproduction and supporting a more conscious way of creating fashion.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday begin processing on the next business day.
- The estimated total time to receive your order is 3 to 5 business days from the moment your purchase is confirmed.
- Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Your garment doesn’t sit waiting in a warehouse. We create it especially for you.

International Shipping
- Orders shipped outside of Spain may be subject to import duties, local taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you choose not to pay these costs and the parcel is returned to VIRAGO, any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
- If your country does not appear in the shipping zones listed, feel free to contact us at hola@viragomuse.com and we will do our best to make it possible.
